What it Takes to be a Leader

It takes a lot...
   and our leaders have got what it takes!

Leaders in Southeast Las Vegas realize the time, training, and responsibility it takes to reach kids for Christ, and every day, they readily accept the commitment.
Above all else, their focus is to present the Gosepl of Jesus Christ in a relational and incarnational manner to local high school and middle school students so that they may be able to know and respond to Him.
  • Are supervised by the senior club leader,
  • Work closely with a volunteer leadership team,
  • Have personal friendships with high school or middle school kids, and
  • Pursue kids of the same gender from the school they are assigned to in the "mission Field"
Leader Responsibilities
Contact Work
   One general and one personal contact
   time with kids outside of meetings per
   Regularly attend and participate in
   weekly club meetings.
   Be available for weekend and summer
   Lead or participate in a Campaigners
   Attend all leadership and team meetings.
Weekly Time Commitment:
10 to 13 hours per week
Leader Training and Support

  • Leaders are trained by the area director and senior leader of their team.

  • Leaders have regular fellowship with area and team leaders.

  • Leaders are challenged to grow spiritually.
Leader Qualifications
  • Have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

  • Have an ability and desire to communicate with teenagers.

  • Have a willingness to be trained.

  • Be involved in a local church.

  • Be willing to make a two-year commitment to ministry.
